Sign the Letter to the Governor
In the last several years, our state has made great strides in investing in Illinois’ Creative Future—but while these gains are significant, they remain incomplete. Join us in calling on Governor Pritzker to propose a 20% increase in funding for the Illinois Arts Council in the upcoming fiscal year.
Attend Capitol Day
Each spring, Capitol Day gathers arts advocates in Springfield to meet with legislators, receive advocacy training, and connect with peers to strengthen Illinois’ creative sector.

Join an Organizing Space
Arts Alliance is launching a set of three organizing spaces: advocacy-training and strategizing sessions where cultural sector advocates and Arts Alliance staff can deepen relationships across the field, align on shared advocacy goals, and take informed, collective action.
