Become a Member
Join the many creative workers, organizations, and advocates who make Illinois great. As an advocacy organization, our individual and organizational members are our backbone.
For more information about membership, please email Maame at [email protected].
Arts Alliance supports the Illinois creative community through policy change, thought leadership, connection to resources, informative programming around advocacy, and resource-sharing.Â
In the spirit of equity and access, nearly all of our offerings are free to the public.Â
Membership dues allow us to continue providing critical resources to the arts and culture community in Illinois. A rising tide raises all ships, meaning you’ll also benefit from the work you’re supporting.
Individual Membership
Individual Members include artists, creative workers, business owners, administrators, and others who care about the creative sector. Suggested dues levels are $100, $50, and $25, depending on your financial picture.
Organizational Membership
Member organizations include nonprofit entities, for-profit companies, and government agencies. Suggested dues for member organizations are based on your organization’s annual operating budget. View suggested dues here.
Because money should never be a barrier to engagement, Arts Alliance membership is pay-what-you-can. If paying dues is not possible within your current budget, contact our team about a dues waiver.
As a member, you’ll power our work, advancing our policy goals through financial support and increased engagement in our advocacy while leading the charge of celebrating the arts in your everyday life. You’ll also receive:
- Our monthly member newsletter, where you can share news & opportunities with our 25,000+ statewide network.
- More frequent communications about emerging advocacy campaigns.
- Invitations to members-only gatherings focused on your needs and challenges.
- An annual artist-designed gift as a thank you!
