Registration fees:

In order to encourage the broadest participation possible, registration fees are based on a sliding scale according to organizational budget. A limited number of scholarships are available.

First time conference attendees are eligible for a $10 discount off the two-day rate.

  • Small organization (annual budget under $250,000): One-day $75 / Two-day $110
  • Mid-size organization (annual budget $250,001-$999,999): One-day $115 / Two-day $175
  • Large organization (annual budget over $1 million): One-day $160 / Two-day $240
  • Individual (not representing an organization): One-day $160 / Two-day $240
  • Student or artist (not representing an organization): One-day $75 / Two-day $110
  • Last-minute rate (registering after April 29): One-day $175 / Two-day $250

Registration deadline is April 29, 2005. Registrations will be accepted after April 29 only if space is available; late registration fees apply (see last-minute registration fees above).

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be available for cancellations received in writing on or before April 29, 2005. Cancellations received after April 29, 2005 will be assessed a $35 fee.

Meeting materials will be mailed to registrants on May 5. For any registrations received after May 5, packets will be available at conference check-in.
